Supporting you with our expertise is what we do best.

We know that you may face challenges at times as you manage infusion or nutrition therapy at home. Your Coram team is available for you around the clock to answer questions and provide the support you need. And this team of skilled staff works closely with you and your doctor to coordinate all aspects of your care.

Pharmacists not only prepare your medications and solutions, they’re available to answer questions about your medications, supplies and equipment. They also monitor how well your therapy is working, and check for any side effects or reactions.

Nurses visit your home to administer your therapy, and when appropriate, teach you to independently infuse it. They also oversee your intravenous catheter care. And they assess how the therapy is working to help manage or improve your condition. We’ll either assign a Coram nurse or arrange for a nurse from a home health agency to care for you.

Dietitians assess your unique nutrition needs. They work closely with your health care team to help make sure you’re getting the total parenteral nutrition or tube feeding therapy that’s best for you. They teach you about your therapy and monitor how you’re doing. They even help transition you back to an oral diet based on your doctor’s instructions.

Clinical support specialists call you on a regular basis to check on your needs, and arrange for delivery of your medications, formulas and supplies.

Reimbursement and insurance specialists explain your benefits, as well as answer your questions. They help you get the most from your coverage, and work to find financial resources.

We’re all here to walk beside you. So whether you want guidance on your therapy or need to order more supplies, call us to reach out to your Coram team.
