Partnering for Patients – Home Health Agency Webinars
Coram’s Partnering for Patients Home Health Agency webinars are focused on the unique needs of patients receiving infusion therapy at home. These webinars are designed for the Home Health Agency clinician who cares for Coram home infusion patients. Assessment parameters and specific guidelines to support your patient interactions will be discussed.
We are pleased to offer CE credits* for our Home Health Agency webinars. One credit hour per webinar will be provided upon attendance and completion of evaluations at the end of the presentations. Handouts and evaluations will be available at the time of the presentation.
