Coram clinical trials are provided by CTI Network, Inc. (CTI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coram, Inc. CTI provides in-home clinical research services for Phase I through IV clinical trials. Sponsors in both the pharmaceutical and biotech industries utilize these services. CTI has participated in clinical research studies involving intravenous, injectable, oral and enteral medications. CTI provides in-home nursing assessments and procedures, such as investigational drug administration — infusions/injections, laboratory sampling (including PK sampling) — and utilization analysis for study protocols in the home and at our conveniently located Ambulatory Infusion Suites throughout the U.S. Our pharmacy services include procurement and storage of FDA-approved Comparator drugs for dispensing to investigational sites. In addition, we routinely store, compound and dispense study (investigational) drug to sites.

With more than 750 affiliated home care agencies, CTI has the expertise and geographic reach required to foster patient compliance. For studies requiring frequent infusions or injections, blood draws or other study-specific needs, CTI facilitates access to target patients, including those with diseases that occur in low frequency or are difficult to identify and manage.
