Michael Dell
Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

Michael E. Dell serves as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Coram, Inc. In this position, he is the primary counsel for Apria Healthcare’s Specialty Infusion Division. Prior to his position with Coram, Mr. Dell worked as an Associate in the Health Care and Business Organizations departments of Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, a Milwaukee, Wis. based law firm.

Mr. Dell earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He graduated with a J.D. degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law, Nashville, Tenn. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dell worked in Washington, D.C. on the legislative staff of former United States Sen. Timothy E. Wirth and in the press office of former Colorado Gov. Roy R. Romer.

Mr. Dell is a member of the Denver, the Colorado and the Wisconsin Bar Associations, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
