Keith Crawford
Senior Vice President, Medical Marketing, Manufacturing Affairs and Clinical Trials

Mr. Crawford joined Coram in June 2008 and brings with him over 15 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry where he gained expertise in drug research and development, regulatory affairs, intellectual property prosecution, government affairs, and drug launch and commercialization.

Prior to joining Coram, Mr. Crawford founded 360Pharma, a boutique management consulting firm established to provide disciplined leadership, strategic planning and to guide several crucial areas of operations to assist start-up and growth-phase pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. 360Pharma helped these companies maximize the commercial value of their development-stage and in-line products while building or improving their clinical, regulatory and marketing functions.

Before 360Pharma, Mr. Crawford was a founder of Proventiv Therapeutics, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on drug discovery, re-profiling and development. While at Proventiv Therapeutics, Mr. Crawford helped advance three clinical candidates and two novel antibody therapies directed to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism, metabolic bone disease and hyperphosphatemia associated with chronic kidney disease. Proventiv Therapeutics was acquired by Cytochroma Inc., a Canadian specialty clinical-stage pharmaceutical company where Mr. Crawford continued to serve as the Senior Vice President of Medical Marketing and Strategic Drug Development.

Mr. Crawford also served as the Senior Director of Medical Marketing and Medical Affairs for Bone Care International, a specialty pharmaceutical company that focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of drug products to treat co-morbidities associated with chronic kidney disease and cancers of the prostate, breast and colon. Bone Care was acquired by Genzyme Corporation, one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies.   

Mr. Crawford has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
